Stable Teeth TodayTM in Boca Raton

Happy older couple

Get a Full Set of Implant-Supported New Teeth in One Day!

Stable Teeth Today, an innovation of Dr. Michael Radu, enables you to get a new, permanent, full arch of teeth fixed in place using dental implants. Your new teeth will be comfortable, stable and won’t move when you eat and speak.

Stable Teeth Today is comparable to the highly marketed All-on-4 implant procedure but without the restriction of using only four implants. We assess each case individually, tailoring the number and position of implants to best suit your specific needs.

Fixed implant supported teeth

Stable Teeth Today can help restore your quality of life. You’ll be able to eat the foods you need and want without denture slippage or discomfort.

The Innovative Stable Teeth Today Procedure

Dentist with CBCT scanner

The doctors use their state-of-the-art cone beam scanner to obtain high-resolution 3D images of your mouth and jaw structure to plan your Stable Teeth Today procedure.

The key to the success of the Stable Teeth Today procedure is correct diagnosis and treatment planning. Our doctors use state-of-the-art equipment to get a full view of your jawbone, facial muscles, sinuses and surrounding structures. They then thoroughly plan your procedure prior to beginning any surgery.

Surgical Guides and Implant Placement

Using implant planning software, surgical guides are created to ensure precision placement of your implant posts. Not only do the guides take the guesswork out of implant surgery, they also make your surgery minimally invasive. Often, no incision is needed and no suturing is required.

Ultramodern Bone Grafting

If bone grafting is needed to build up the jaw, we use plasma-rich growth factors (PRGF) to speed up the healing process.

Entire CAD-CAM Procedure Done Onsite

The Stable Teeth Today procedure provides us with the unique capability to digitally plan, customize, and create your new fixed teeth right on the premises—often while you wait! To support your beautiful new arch of teeth, we make a strong, precisely milled infrastructure out of titanium or zirconia.

CAD/CAM milled teeth

We use CAD/CAM technology to design and create your new teeth. The teeth are milled out of a single block of material and the result is both beautiful and strong.

Placement of Your Teeth

After your implants are in place, you will receive a fixed temporary set of teeth for use until your gum tissues have fully healed and the implants have fully integrated with your jawbone. Three to four months later, your permanent teeth will be made and placed. You will be able to use your new fixed teeth just like real teeth!
